Acceptable Use Policy — My Seo Host

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of all services provided by My Seo Host. All customers, users, and visitors must comply with this policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without refund or prior notice.

Zero-Tolerance Policy

My Seo Host maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against spam, phishing, illegal activities, and any form of abuse. Accounts found in violation will be terminated immediately and reported to the appropriate authorities where required by law.

1. Prohibited Content and Activities

You may NOT use My Seo Host services for any of the following:

1.1 Spam and Bulk Email Abuse

Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) of any kind.
Operating mailing lists without proper opt-in consent from all recipients.
Email harvesting, scraping, or collecting email addresses without consent.
Using our servers as an open mail relay.
Sending messages that violate the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, or equivalent legislation.
Bulk SMS, fax, or messaging of any type.
Running any software designed to facilitate mass unsolicited communications.

1.2 Phishing and Fraud

Hosting phishing pages or websites that impersonate other entities.
Operating fraudulent schemes, scams, or deceptive websites.
Credential harvesting or identity theft activities.
Hosting fake login pages, banking portals, or payment forms designed to deceive.
Social engineering attacks of any kind.

1.3 Illegal Content and Streaming

Hosting, distributing, or linking to pirated software, movies, music, or other copyrighted material without authorization.
Operating illegal streaming services (IPTV piracy, unauthorized rebroadcasting).
Hosting torrent trackers or indexes that facilitate copyright infringement.
Any content that violates local, state, federal, or international law.
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — reported immediately to NCMEC and law enforcement.
Content promoting terrorism, violence, or hate speech.

1.4 Malware and Hacking

Hosting or distributing malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, or spyware.
Operating botnets or command-and-control (C2) servers.
Port scanning, network probing, or vulnerability scanning of third-party systems.
Unauthorized access attempts to any system or network.
Hosting exploit kits, hacking tools intended for malicious use, or DDoS tools.

1.5 Resource Abuse

Cryptocurrency mining on shared hosting accounts.
Running processes that consume excessive CPU, memory, or I/O resources affecting other customers.
Operating proxy or VPN services on shared hosting without prior approval.
Using hosting accounts primarily for file storage or backup purposes.

1.6 Other Prohibited Activities

Hosting gambling or lottery websites without proper licensing.
Sale or distribution of controlled substances.
Impersonating My Seo Host staff or representatives.
Any activity that causes harm to our network, infrastructure, or reputation.

2. Email Sending Limits

Shared hosting accounts are limited to 500 outbound emails per hour. Accounts exceeding this limit may be temporarily throttled. For legitimate bulk mailing needs, we recommend using a dedicated email service provider (e.g., Mailgun, SendGrid, Amazon SES).

3. DMCA and Copyright

My Seo Host complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content hosted on our servers infringes your copyright, please contact us with a valid DMCA takedown notice. We will respond promptly and remove infringing content.

4. Enforcement

First violation: Warning and/or temporary suspension depending on severity.
Severe violations: Immediate termination without refund (spam, phishing, malware, illegal content).
Legal reporting: Activities involving illegal content will be reported to law enforcement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion to protect our network and customers.

5. Reporting Abuse

To report abuse, please contact us at our contact page or email support@myseohost.com with the subject line "Abuse Report". Include as much detail as possible including URLs, IP addresses, and evidence.

6. Modifications

My Seo Host reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
