My Seo Host strives to provide excellent hosting services. We understand that sometimes a service may not meet your expectations. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New shared hosting accounts are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase. This guarantee applies only to the first purchase of a shared hosting plan and does not apply to renewals.
2. VPS Refunds
Due to the dedicated nature of VPS resources, VPS orders are eligible for a refund within 72 hours of activation if the service has not been substantially used. Refund requests after 72 hours will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Domain name registrations and renewals.
- SSL certificate purchases.
- Setup fees, if applicable.
- Services terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Renewal payments (only the initial purchase is covered by the money-back guarantee).
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team via our contact page or email support@myseohost.com. Include your account email, order number, and reason for the refund request.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Service Cancellation
Cancelling your hosting service does not automatically trigger a refund. You must explicitly request a refund within the eligible timeframe. After cancellation, your data will be retained for 7 days before permanent deletion.
7. Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
