My Seo Host provides web hosting services including, but not limited to, shared hosting and virtual private servers (VPS). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.

4. Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is due at the time of purchase.
• We use Stripe as our payment processor. Your payment information is handled securely and never stored on our servers.
• Services are activated upon successful payment confirmation.
• Recurring services will be billed according to the selected billing cycle.

5. Service Level Agreement

We guarantee 99.9% network uptime for all shared hosting and VPS services. If we fail to meet this guarantee, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in our SLA.

6. Acceptable Use

All services are subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Violation of the AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without refund.

7. Data and Backups

While we perform regular backups of shared hosting accounts, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own backups. My Seo Host is not liable for any data loss.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. You may cancel your services at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.

9. Limitation of Liability

My Seo Host shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question during the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
